A couple questions on the doghouse. Has anyone ever replaced one? Im having a hell of a time finding one on the internet or otherwise. Also, has anyone ever done the matting addition to the inside to keep the heat in? We constantly have ...

I put these fold down boat cup holders on the glove box door of our 92. They hold big vessels and fold out of the way when not in use. Put a strain on the door, though. On my '90, the built in cup holders are shallow and small in diameter, I have seen some pics of vans w/wood units that sit on top... Anyone ever purchased one of these or have a link

Thanks folks! Great stuff here. Cliff....I searched the web high and low and never saw quiteride. I have a few installation inquiries off to a few vendors (dynamat, koolmat, b-quite, hushmat, soundproofcow, quiteride etc) so I'll let you all know where I go from here. Sound dampening or new stereo :-)

... mats that people use to make their cars quieter (usually for audio). You could also put some on the floor and the firewall, or the outside of the doghouse. I'm not sure how heat resistant the material is, so you'll want to check that first for the under-doghouse use.
