What does the switch in the monitor panel do?
It's the switch for the water pump, which is used when you are not using city water - you'd fill the tank, then turn that switch on to pressurize the system and provide water when you need it. When you flip the switch on, the pump should run for a moment to build pressure in the system (and don't wo...

This forum... (updated 2/15/09)
This forum was suggested to me by a member via PM (though he called it a "Dumb Questions" forum :) ). The idea is that if you have questions about your B190 or just camping in general, you can post a thread in this forum and we'll answer them. The examples given to me were "What does ...

Re: Saving posts
Is there any way to save posts to my computer. I'd like to keep a file of some of the suggestion/repairs for future reference. Tried search on the module side by entering "caulking" but didn't find latest posts on caulking. Is max search period 3 months? Moved to website/forum issues. Fir...
Caulking?
Looks like my Fantastic Fan has a leak - I have the bunk mattresses out because I was cleaning the covers, and I noticed the wood of the bunk got a few drops. I was just going to climb up there with regular household caulk and put a bead around the base of the fan on the roof. Is it that simple or a...

Forum ideas
If you have an idea for a forum, post it here! For example, it hit me today at lunch that a recipe forum might be popular - surely there are people here that enjoy cooking special recipes in their camper...? What do you think? Then I was thinking about "hobbies on the road" but that sounds...

Y'all can keep that!
On the other hand, I LOVE reading the Alaskan Alpine Club's stories about the ice sculptures they make for people to climb on. The guy that writes the pages for it has a funny, dry wit.

Featured picture of the month
In case you didn't click on the "Feature Pic" on the front page of the site, we will be putting a new photo up there each month. We'll select a good picture from the Gallery to feature each month. All you need to do to enter is put some pictures in the Gallery! I used one of Alaskan's pict...

Conveniently, my Camping World catalog just came today:
30 amp conversion kit - $89.99/$99.99 (#20300). Looks like it has everything to convert from a hardwired cord to a detachable one.

Re: Genarator oil change
I use either a Quix Lube Stop where they can pump the oil out through filler or I have $8 hand pump, bought at a auto parts house, that can be used to hand pump the oil out. Would appreciate any comments. I've been thinking about using a turkey-baster to suck the oil out. Pulling the generator out ...

Thanks. Figured there had to be a way. The new site is great - lots of new features to learn. Are you going to bring the reference material forward from the old site? There is some data there worth keeping. Bob Much of it is already here: Click on the FAQ link on the left. P.S. Also, I've been work...
