Hi all - loving this forum -

Anyway was just in the rain storms in north cali and got some drip leaks through the ac unit - I'll tackle that soon-

However went to get a shirt from the back cupboard / wardrobe and in a specific back bottom right (next to the door) some of my clothes were wet!!

I can't work out where water came in - can only be the door itself or otherwise weirdly down the toilet breathing vent?!? - any ideas?

A leak around the toilet vent would be my guess. The caulking (it's not really caulk) on top is probably bad.

Agreed. Sounds exactly like the vent.
