Two of the 30 bald eagles that were rescued from a dump truck of fish waste in Kodiak share a cage. The birds are being dried at the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge headquarters before being sent to the Bird Treatment and Learning Center in Anchorage for cleaning and rehabilitation.

Coated in fish oil, a bald eagle from Kodiak is given a bath in dish soap Monday at the Bird Treatment and Learning Center in Anchorage after it and dozens of others attacked a dump truck load of fish waste.
