Just for information, check out my latest post in the drivetrain forum concerning fuel pump problems as it might not be a fuel pump we are experienceing but could be a catalytic converter problem instead.

Just a note on the above. We think the Cat replacement solved the problem. Over a 1000 miles and no glitches. See under "Drivetrain , Fuel Pump Problems"
